International Orders shipping from the UK may be subject to customs charges which are out of JayLey Collection's (T/A Ubi Ltd's) control. Customs are payable by the recipient and will be collected directly by the relevant authority. The courier will contact the recipient to collect any duties where applicable. Returns, refunds and replacements: Should you find any discrepancies with your order, you must notify JayLey Collection within 5 working days (of receipt of goods) prior to returning goods or they cannot be accepted. Goods must be returned in a saleable condition with original packaging and labels intact for credit to be issued. JayLey Collection will only be accountable for postage costs up to a value of £10 / $14 if these expenses are deemed appropriate. Please contact your sales representative with any return requests.
