Returns, refunds and replacements:
Should you find any discrepancies with your order, you must notify JayLey Collection within 5 working days (of receipt of goods) prior to returning goods or they cannot be accepted. Goods must be returned in a saleable condition with original packaging and labels intact for credit to be issued. JayLey Collection will only be accountable for postage costs up to a value of £10 if these expenses are deemed appropriate.
